This affects you because you live in Crookham Village Parish and the parish includes the wards of Zebon Copse, Netherhouse Moor and the Old Village.

STOP PRESS - due to a technical issue with multiple responses from the same computer (now fixed), the deadline for responses has been extended until midday on Friday 22nd March 2019

NEWSFLASH - The Neighbourhood Plan consultation is now open - you have until 15th March 2019 to comment.  Please do so - see details here

How this affects you

A Neighbourhood Plan establishes general planning policies for the development and use of land in a neighbourhood, like:

  • where new homes, leisure facilities and business premises should be built
  • what type of development they should be and what they should look like

The plan can be detailed or general, depending on what local people want. Neighbourhood Plans allow local people to get the right type of development for their community, but the plans must still meet the needs of the wider area and fit with the Hart District Council Local Plan when it is completed.
